is it normal for 3month old breastfed baby na hindi magpoop for 5days? ? worried na ako. ?

hi momshies, ask ko lang kung kailan po naumpisahan (what year) na ganito kadami ang iniinject sa mga babies now? worried lang ako kasi yung pang 3rd month niya, 3 injections. 2 daw sa isang hita, 1 sa isa. eh sobrang iyak na niya dun sa 1 injection each sa legs. ( pentavalent & pneumococcal conjugate) nakakaawa si baby. ramdam ko na sobrang kirot yung legs niya the whole day after his injection. grabe iyak niya na inuubo na, na parang mawawalan na ng hininga. ?

mommies, nabakunahan si baby kahapon (unang bakuna) 2 sa hita. yung isa namaga. panay ang iyak na ayaw dumede.. umabot ng 38.2 temp nia kahapon tapos naging 37.6, then 36.7 .. nung nag36 na xa, nag skip na ako magbigay ng paracetamol, tapos now nag 37.9 na naman kaya pinatake ko ulit xa ng paracetamol.. ok lang ba yun na nag skip ako kasi akala ko wala na xa lagnat? at normal ba na tataas-bababa ang temp nia?
