Moderation is key! If you're already overweight in your pregnancy then you should probably just skip it together. Generally once a week should be fine in small quantities, not more than a quarter of a durian I hope!

I agree with Jamie and Stephanie, moderation is the key. Just eat it once in a blue moon will be good.
