How much does civil wedding in Manila cost?

I've read that you will only spend less than a thousand pesos for the marriage rights itself, plus other documents pertinent to it. As for the reception, you may choose to have a small lunch/dinner out with immediate family members and godparents. This should cost more or less 10,000. You may also rent out a venue with your whole family and friends, plus catering services for the food. My estimate would be around 50,000 and up.
