Depending on your milk supply. For the first mth, I can pump every 2 hours. Super tiring btw... Only after the first mth then milk start to stabilise and I can pump every 3 hours instead.

When I first give birth, every 2-3hrly so about 8 to 9 times per day. Now at about 5 months post party’s, I’m pumping 4 times a day

Once every 4 hours on average when I am still feeding breastmilk to my lo.
