How much solids a day?

How many times do you feed your LO solids? My LO is turning 9 months. Feeding solids 3x a day plus latching on demand. Is it enough?

Depend on individual baby. I only fed my baby 1 meal a day when 9 month old cos she take 1 full bowl. And give bottle bm with cereal 3x during day and latch during night 3 hourly.

My LO (same age) also takes solids 3x a day and latches on demand
