After 1 year old. babies can't take salt , pepper, and honey . u might not know what they add inside the food.
Hmm mine was around 10 months? I don’t give alot though just a mouthful for her to have a taste of it
i would say after you've established if bb has any food allergies, maybe after 12-18M?
I started offering outside food at 12mo.
