How many hours once diaper to be changed if it's not soiled for 4 months baby

Hello, I think you can change the diaper after every 3 or 4 hours. Plus whenever you are opening the diaper, you can check it against the baby's skin and would come to know whenever it needs a change or not. But ideally you should change it after every 4 hours. This was what I used to do with my babies.
