Urinary incontinence

How u all manage to control urine leak? I did Kegel everyday.. not sure is fix onot . Sometimes i sneeze it doesn’t leak sometimes it does 😭 is this something needs to worry 😖or isit i do it wrongly 😔for what I remember after i give birth the doctor ask to hold the fart. How to hold it? Not even 2 seconds i cant hold it
