I think until 20 weeks, but after that it's getting obvious, will be difficult to hide after that.

Same here. I only announced at 20th week after the detailed scan. I am petite frame and by then had put on abt 2kg. Loose clothing helps. I also didn’t attend all family functions citing covid as an excuse.
