Hi just curious are you always someone who worries about such things even before pregnancy? Reason I am asking is we moms tend to get post partum depression when we tend to have negative thoughts often. It is very common and will be good to realize the symptoms sooner and seek Some help. ( I am not saying you have PPD but just to make sure we understand ourselves better as we tend to lose ourselves a little after having a baby) I suggest to keep yourself busy so as not to let your thoughts wander too much. Try to relax more. If you have time can try to watch a light hearted drama to get into a more relax mode. Don't worry so much and just try to focus on creating a happy and healthy family :)
1. Keep yourself occupied. 2. Time off from social media -I realised FB was showing me extra-weepy sad stories after my first pregnancy, which contributed to me getting upset even more They pick up on what you watch/click on and continue showing you more if the same type. Which bring me to point 3. Don't watch sad weepy videos.
Keep yourself busy with activities? Are u a SAHM ? Sometimes when I'm on the car,I'm also thinking what happens if I met with a car accident? Even when im walking on the road with my boy, sometimes I will think of what happen if accidents etc too...

Listen to calling music before sleep.. clear your mind and dont think too much... U can do light reading before sleep too . Make sure thre book is about happy things

Practice mindfulness as it teaches you to be present. Hang out with friends. Do some light exercises like yoga.
Keep yourself busy and go out with your loved ones? Maybe meditate and try to count your blessings instead
