How to introduce kids to eat veggies and fruits?

Hi Angel! First is to literally introduce the veggies and fruits to your child by simply putting a plate of them on their table and take the lead to eat some in front of them. Yourself can give them an idea that eating such is enjoyable. Also, you may opt to tweak your child's favourite dish and put some heart on it or simply make it healthier. Try baking carrot or banana cake instead of chocolate cake? Or perhaps veggie toppings on their pizza and lesser meat?
