Make sure that baby is nursing efficiently. Nurse frequently, and for as long as your baby is actively nursing. Take a nursing vacation. Offer both sides at each feeding. Switch nurse. Avoid pacifiers and bottles when possible. Give baby only breastmilk.
Drink more water, lactation cookie, I drank green papaya soup and etc. Some food helps in increasing milk production. Most importantly, cannot be stress.
Drink plenty of fluids, take fenugreek supplements and have green papaya fish soup helps. Do massaging of breasts to help ease milk flow as well.
Keep latching your baby, and pump in between. Drink more water, rest more, stay close to baby (milk comes when you hear baby crying)
