My Daughter kicks a lot while sleeping

My lo now 2yo also like to kick and turn around the bed when sleeping, i co-sleep with him also have to adjust my position for him to have space.

What we think is kicking is, in fact, seeking you/someone during sleep. It is also associated with dreams, if something is scary, or if the child is having fun in the dreams, or is being active. So, there is no simple way to stop kicking. The best thing to do is getting a big cuddly toy which can be her bedmate. Within a few days, the child would be kicking the toy instead of you. Sorry there is no simpler solution. It becomes better with the age.
