How do we ensure that teethers n toys are clean and safe for the babies since they like put everything into their mouth?

I usually would wash it first thing in the morning with her bottle detergent. On some weeks, if I feel like it, I'd stick the teethers into the UV steriliser (but have to check if the toys can be sterilised first). But her teethers that stored in the fridge are always placed in clean ziplock bags so that they don't get into contact with anything else.
