How do working mums, who are busy with their kids, husband, in laws, and who have an active social life too juggle everything and make time for themselves? What do you ladies do to ensure you have ME time, without feeling guilty?

My hubby is very accommodating when it comes to "me" time because he gets the same too if he needs to. I get my "me" time to go out with my girlfriends or sometimes sneak out to the mall for an hour or two during work lunches. This year, I'm going to try take a trip with my girlfriend.
