How do you cut lo finger nails and toe nails when he is under 1 years old?

Using baby nail clipper since infant days. Younger days will cut when LO just lay down on mat. When she was able to sit, I put her sitting in the booster seat and cut. She got used to it and will sit there whenever it’s time to cut, however will let her play some toys/things with one hand while I cut the other hand to keep her occupied
