How do you cook egg for 8 months lo? Hard boil egg or steam egg? How to get rid of the egg white? My 8 months old currently have 1 meal a day . Only carrot, broccoli and fish. Other then that he drink milks all the time..

i started with egg york first wen my lo was 9mths to test allergy? usually i cook together with porridge and add fish inside. 1th onwards egg white. i will make scramble eggs
