How bad is it to have overnight food during pregnancy (1st trimester)?

It is ok, just make sure you re-heat the foods properly and thoroughly to kill off any bacteria/germ. But if possible do try to eat fresh foods😁 Be a happy mama. Happy mama, healthy baby. Take good care and God bless you and baby.
