For my girl, we had our helper focus on feeds, diaper changes, and naps in the morning, then used the afternoon for bathing, laundry, and sterilising bottles while I rested. Every family's schedule is a bit different depending on whether you are breastfeeding or formula feeding, so it helps to sit down with your helper on the first day and walk through your baby's current routine together so she can follow your lead.
