Not necessary for pregnant lady. Ginseng is not recommended as a safe herb to take while pregnant. Doktor kata takde khasiat penting untuk anak. Kalau sis insist nak makan bird nest, sis boleh cari pure bird nest. Masak sendiri. Yang ada dekat pasaran sekarang banyak kandungan gula which can lead to you to have gdm 😁 hihi
