Night Peeing 3months old

Hi My baby is three months old and I’ve noticed that he doesn’t pee at night when he is sleeping. He usually sleeps 6 hours at stretch but would pee after her get ups. Pees in the day time. Has anything like this happened to you?

Ya happens everyday and that's pretty normal.. Won't wake up unless we wake him up for feeding...
