Drinking Milk without warning it up (14Weeks Pregnant)

Hi Everyone, I took fresh milk after Breakfast without warning it up , which normally I do but I didn't today, now am so dizzy, having cramps, headache, should I be worried?

I had the same problem, drinking milk without warning it up , I had cramps, felt dizzy and now I don't make a mistake

If your dizziness is bad, then please see dr. It shouldn’t be due to the milk though.
