Mild headache after drinking milk

Im currently in 3rd trim, and kind of want to start drinking pasteurised milk regularly to increase calcium. However sometimes i get milk headache after drinking milk is it normal ? I usually drink either HL or normal fresh milk

HL is made of milk substances, do consider changing to other brands with full milk. drink water after having milk too
