Do you have help from anyone in the house? If yes, try to let other to help you to do some baby related stuff instead of yourself getting involved in everything. Sometimes when we not getting enough sleep or rest we will be the one who is getting cranky and angry. If there is no help, try to talk to hubby if want to hire additional helper or maid to ease the burden in the baby and housework.

If you have someone to help support you, do let them know your concerns. However, I suggest getting medical help as depression is a serious issue. It has happened to me before. I spoke to my husband about it and he advised me to take a day off from the baby and go relax.
