New born baby’s rash

Hi.. any tips how to get rid of rash on new born baby's face??

Have to regularly clean it with warm water and keep baby cool. There’s also cream that you can get but just be careful cause might be sensitive

    Thank you so much

    Keep the baby cool and wipe regularly with clean / miscellar water, the rash will go away in few hours/days.
