Sobra sakit magpadede

Help po Momsh, sino po dito yung nagsugat ang dede kakabreastfeed kay baby, anu po pwede ipanggamot? Sobrang sakit everytime magpapadede, naiiyak ako. Pure bf po ako, ayaw nya sa bottle feed😭😭😭
