Do you help baby to roll over or let them be?

Do you help baby to roll over or let them be? My baby coming 3 months soon and have been trying to roll herself (legs) not sure if i should help her by putting her on the sides? Or just leave her be?

We helped our baby during the early stage when she’s still learning to roll over. Need to fake it until we can make it right? To build confidence and gain experience 🤣
