SPD (Pelvic pain) after Natural birth

Help!!! Anyone got SPD after a natural birth? It hurts so bad for me and I can't take care of my newborn. I can't even sleep well and walk properly. Just want to ask if it will heal soon? How long does it take? Is there any exercises or remedies I can do to ease the pain?
