My nephew who is 10 months loves baby dhal. You need to take 1/4 cup red lentils, 1/4 onion, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 1/2 cups water, 75g potato, 75 g cauliflower, 75g carrot, 75g green cabbage. wash lentils to remove black bits, chop onion. Take lentils, onion, water and spices and bring to boil and simmer for 20 mins. Chop potato, carrot, cabbage and cauliflower and stir fy for 12-15 mins. Mix with the dahl. Process dahl to consistency that you want (can add water) and serve to baby. Batch freeze the rest.

Try cauliflower and brocolli with cheese. Rinse the veggies (cauliflower, brocolli, potato) and chop in cubes. Put the veggies and 1 1/4 cup breastmilk in a pan, bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 15 Mins. Grate cheddar cheese and add to veggies till it has melted in . Mash the mixture and serve to baby

I guess, Boiled and Mashed potato, sweet potato, carrots and banana are still the best mixed with breastmilk if you're breasfeeding.
