No heartbeat at 5 weeks, 5 days. Gestational sac and yolk sac found but no embryo yet. Does this mean blighted ovum or unsuccessful pregnancy? ?

No, maybe it's to early pa po, try to repeat your tvs po after 2 to 3 weeks, ganyan din ako before, 6weeks gestational sac, then 9 weeks nag pa repeat ako ulit, ayon twins pa, better na mag repeat and mag 2nd opinion,
