At 4w2d, 265 is actually within normal range! HCG at that stage can vary a lot between pregnancies, anywhere from like 200-3000+ is considered normal at 4 weeks. The number itself is less impt than whether it’s doubling every 48-72hrs, so make sure u go back for the repeat blood test to check! As long as it’s going up consistently ur gynae shouldn’t be too worried 😊
