How much are you paying for confinement nanny ?

We have finally finalised our confinement nanny for baby due in Oct’21. The amount quoted to us is 3500 nanny’s salary + 1100 agency fees. It excludes red packets, levy fees, and meal allowance (we are vegetarian household). So we are approximately expecting around 5K SGD of total expense. Just want to know how much have you paid in total in pre-covid times, and how much are you paying in covid times. This is our 1st baby, so don’t know if we are overpaying or not. I paid almost 7k with star confinement but that’s cos I’m extending to 2 months instead of 1! A hefty sum but we feel like we really will need all the help we can get when baby comes 😔

Hi, I also engaged star confinement for this Nov 2021, but may I know how did you manage to extend to 2mths as I also want to ask for 2 mths, but the sales replied they only provide 28 days service? Thanks a lot 🙏🙏🙏
