How much are you paying for confinement nanny ?

We have finally finalised our confinement nanny for baby due in Oct’21. The amount quoted to us is 3500 nanny’s salary + 1100 agency fees. It excludes red packets, levy fees, and meal allowance (we are vegetarian household). So we are approximately expecting around 5K SGD of total expense. Just want to know how much have you paid in total in pre-covid times, and how much are you paying in covid times. This is our 1st baby, so don’t know if we are overpaying or not. I'm going with PEM agency. my due date is in Feb 22. total package costs me $5k (nanny's salary + agency fees). but out of the $5k, $1k is CNY surcharge (coz mine will cross over cny), and another $200 for having stairs at home. So it seems the actual package would have been $3.8k for nanny's salary and agency fees.
