Do you have bedtime routine? If yes, what is it?
Hais recently my LO cry murder whenever it is time to go for bed, how she know? Is when my room all dark😂🙈
I need to spend 1-2 hours to make her sleep. Sometimes i let her play alone on the bed, 2 hours later still never sleep, playing on her own🫣
But good thing she sleep thru the night eg from 1am to 8am but i just wanna minimise the crying part
