Has anyone tried altering your konny carrier to a smaller size?

I want to know too hahaha I manage to slim down and my konny is slightly bigger now.
Ya that happened to me. But I realized if we alter the back, the excess fabric at the front will still be there thus unable to give the support to baby 😭
