Redmart

Hi has anyone ordered from Redmart before? I have items in my cart which are available (that's why I'm able to add to the cart), however when I am placing order and need to choose delivery slots, the slots available stated that out of the items I'm getting, there are items that are not available. Anyone knows why? This is strange.
