dry skin , 26 weeks pregnant

Has anyone have a same issue like me? Dry skin even on the fingertip seems crack. Any recommendation lotion that is works?

my lips skin too tend to crack alot. Even i drink alot of water

Me too, keep applying repair moisturizer then lip balm. Only lip balm and drink water doesn’t help.
