dry skin , 26 weeks pregnant

Has anyone have a same issue like me? Dry skin even on the fingertip seems crack. Any recommendation lotion that is works?

happened to me in early second tri. I applied cetaphil mosturizer on my body, use their toner and also the face cream as well. for lips I do apply lip balm to help with dryness.
