dry skin , 26 weeks pregnant

Has anyone have a same issue like me? Dry skin even on the fingertip seems crack. Any recommendation lotion that is works?

Use QV moisturizer or Palmers cocoa butter streach mark lotion, it works for me and my 1 year old
