From KKH subsidized to SGH private

Has anyone changed hospital after growth scan? I was a subsidized pt at KKH. The dr I want is at SGH, Dr Yang as a private pt. So i dont know if i should just leave the apptmts as is at kkh and just go for sgh's. Or do i need to inform kkh first?
