Has anyone bought the Philips thermos flask bottle warmer? Do you recommend it?

Essentially, it's just a thermos flask with a plastic cover and cap. You can store clean water inside and use it to make your baby's milk as well. It's kinda heavy though, but good if you'll be in places with no hot water dispensers.
