Aih don't worry lah, 8.8 mmol/L at 30 weeks after drinking the glucose drink is actually quite common and doesn't mean you have gestational diabetes yet, kena tunggu the fasting blood test results to confirm. A few of my mum friends also got the same call after the glucose screening and ended up fine after the proper test, so really try not to stress yourself out mummy because that's not good for baby either. The clinic should follow up with instructions for the fasting test if needed, so just wait for their call; kalau ada anything concerning they'll let you know straightaway. Hang in there, first pregnancy hormones + worry lagi makes everything feel heavier than it actually is, but you're doing great!
