Braxton Hicks adalah normal, especially bila dah dekat due date! A few of my mum friends pun ada gak setiap hari, tapi kalau contractions tu less than 5 minutes and tak regular throughout the day, it's usually just your body practising je. Tapi kalau suddenly jadi very frequent, regular, or dengan bleeding/discharge, definitely call your doctor or go to the clinic to be safe, better to check and have peace of mind.
