Alamak, tu memang common lah when kids demam, fever itself boleh slow down their digestion, and if they're not eating or drinking much jugak, takde input takde output maa. But 2 hari plus dengan demam yang naik turun macam tu, better check with your paediatrician just in case, especially if dia lethargic or ada signs lain yang worry you. A few of us mums experienced the same thing, and doctor reassured us it'll pass once they recover, tapi peace of mind is worth the visit!
