FAMILY PLANNER IMPLAN VS DEPO

hai selamat tengahari semua ☺️ , boleh tak mommy2 semua yang guna implan dan depo untuk family planner share feedback effect nya dengan saya ?.. saya plan nak guna implan sebab senang hanya pakai sekali dalam tempoh 3 tahun tapi baru2 ni reseach ada yang share kata mengandung juga saya jadi takut😥, bab depo pula saya belum reseach lagi ..tapi saya minta mommy2 share feedback 2 kaedah ni dgn saya.. dan ada double protection juga ke atau bergantung pada 2 perancang tu sahaja ?.. perancang jenis pil & sendiri saya dah cuba dari 1st & 2nd.. tapi asbab saya x pandai driver sendiri lepas 3rd baby ni saya plan nak guna sama ada implan atau depo..saya harap mommy2 semua boleh share feedback dgn saya 🤗.. #Familyplanning #implanon  #depo

Hai! Okay, I get your worry, pregnancy scares are real lah! A few of my mum friends guna implan and they swear by it, takda issues so far, tapi memang ada small percentage failure rate macam semua contraception. Depo pun ramai guna, side effect dia lebih pada weight gain and irregular bleeding at first, tapi effectiveness wise sama level je with implan. For double protection, honestly most of us rely on the method je once we're settled, tapi kalo you extra paranoid like me boleh lah pairing with condoms especially first few months habis insertion. I'd suggest you chat with your doctor or family planning clinic dulu sebab they can explain the failure rates and side effects in detail based on your body, and they can also address that pregnancy fear you have, might just be misinformation you came across.
