Sayang, 7 days without pooing is something you really need to check with your pediatrician or go to a clinic today, don't wait, okay? Better safe than sorry, especially when baby is still so small. I know it's scary, but doctors are used to this kind of worry and they can check properly whether baby's tummy is okay or not. A few of my mum friends went through the same thing and after seeing the doc, their minds were at ease, some babies do poo less, but 7 days is worth checking out.
