Aww, I understand la why you're worried, echogenic bowel sounds scary when the sonographer mention it! A few of us mums have been through scares like this during pregnancy, and honestly the best move is to sit down dengan your doctor to understand what it means for your baby specifically, sebab sometimes it's nothing serious but sometimes they want to monitor more closely. Your OB will know your full scan results and medical history, so they're the best person to explain and put your mind at ease or tell you next steps. Jangan stress sangat dulu kay, many pregnancies with echogenic bowel turn out perfectly fine, but definitely get that proper explanation from your doctor so you can relax a bit. Sending you a hug!
