Do you guys watch what you eat during the first trim or do you eat whatever you want? Had a miscarriage previously and I find myself being conscious of what i eat whether it is safe for the baby or not.
hi mummy! i personally don't have much appetite during my 1st trim, but i also make sure not to eat raw and undercooked foods. aside from that, i eat what i want. take care and i hope all goes well with your pregnancy!
