Pregnant with HG. Working and with toddler to care. Tips anyone?

Hi guys! I'm pregnant with my 2nd, and I have a very healthy and energetic 3y.o. The thing is, I have hyperemesis gravidarum, and I'm also a working mum. It's been hard dealing with nausea and constant vomiting, with work and taking care of my 3y.o. It's been hard on me emotionally and physically. Would appreciate to get tips from any of you who have experienced or are going through what I have now. Thank you!#pleasehelp

I really feel you on this, HG on top of work and a toddler is genuinely one of the hardest combinations and you are doing so much already. Please do loop in your gynae or PD about the HG if you have not already, because sometimes medication or an IV drip can give you enough relief to function, and you deserve that support. On the home front, even asking your husband or a family member to take your toddler for a few hours so you can just rest without guilt can make a real difference. And for work, if you have enough leave or your company allows it, taking even half days on your worst days is not giving up, it is being kind to yourself and your baby.
