How do you come to terms with grief?

Grief is so hard and I think the most important thing is to just allow yourself to feel it without rushing the healing process — there's no timeline for grief. I lean heavily on my faith, family and close friends during those dark moments because you really shouldn't have to carry it alone. If it gets too overwhelming, please don't hesitate to seek a counsellor or therapist — in Singapore we can reach out to Samaritans of Singapore (1767) anytime.
